To all 2022 graduate students:

The application and appointment of graduate teaching assistants for the 2023-2024 academic year has officially begun.

I. The application for teaching assistants is divided into two rounds:

Second-year graduate students choose their intended courses according to the teaching assistant position requirements in the "2023-2024 Teaching Assistant Demand Table" (Attachment 1):

First round (20:00 on September 25th - 20:00 on September 26th): Applicants can only fill in "courses of their own tutors", and the application is done online;

Second round (8:00 on September 27th - 20:00 on September 28th): Applicants can freely fill in the teaching assistant positions that are vacant after the first round of applications, and the application is done online.

II. Appointment of teaching assistants:

On October 7th, the College Teaching Guidance Committee will organize a review of the graduate teaching assistant applications and publish the final appointment results on the college website.

Before October 11th, graduate students should contact the main lecturer of the course and submit the "Teaching Assistant Application Form" (Attachment 2) signed by the main lecturer and the tutor to Ms. Luo Xun at the college office (A1103).
