Autumn is a season when infectious diseases and allergens spread more severely, and student dormitories are also frequent places for fire accidents. In order to urge all students to develop good living habits, create a clean, tidy, safe and civilized dormitory living environment, prevent the occurrence of various infectious diseases, and eliminate fire safety hazards, the college has decided to carry out the Patriotic Health Campaign for the autumn semester of 2023 throughout the college. The specific notice is as follows:

1. Self-arrangement stage by students (September 22nd - September 24th)

All students should take the initiative with the attitude of "being responsible for themselves and others", and carry out a comprehensive and thorough cleaning and fire safety check of the dormitory in accordance with the "Attachment: Detailed Rules for Dormitory Hygiene Inspection".

2. College inspection and rectification stage (September 24th)

On the afternoon of September 24th (Sunday), the college counselors and members of the self-discipline committee will conduct a comprehensive and detailed inspection of each student dormitory in our college, point out deficiencies and potential risks, and urge the dormitories with related problems to rectify.

3. College re-inspection and feedback stage (September 26th)

The college will conduct a second inspection on the dormitories that need to be rectified. For the dormitories with unqualified hygiene, they will be criticized in the college group. The Student Affairs Office of the college will combine the results of the school dormitory civilization and safety inspection and the self-discipline committee inspection, and plan to select a "mobile red flag" dormitory once a month, award a pennant and give prizes.

4. School inspection and rectification stage (the school will conduct a unified inspection from the third week)

Starting from the third week of this semester, the school will organize a unified hygiene inspection every week, announce the results, and rectify the dormitories with problems within a time limit.
