To fully implement the Party's educational policy, carry out the fundamental task of moral education, actively cultivate and practice socialist core values, deeply explore and publicize advanced graduate student models, and fully play the exemplary and research leading role of doctoral students, the college has established the 'Dean's Scholarship' for all full-time doctoral students. The first 'Dean's Scholarship' selection is now underway, with specific selection targets, quotas, and methods as follows:

I. Selection Targets

Full-time doctoral students with official student status at Hefei University of Technology (maximum duration is 4 years, 5 years for master-doctoral continuous study).

II. Number of Awards and Quota Allocation

According to a 1:1 allocation of the college's doctoral national scholarship quota, each award is 30,000 yuan (before tax).

III. Selection Plan

Strictly refer to the 'Arrangement for the Selection of National Scholarships for Graduate Students in the School of Computer and Information Science in 2023' (http:/info/1063/13672.htm), without separate selection.

IV. Notes

Based on the results of the expert defense group review, the list of winners is determined. The top 50% are listed as 'National Scholarships', and the bottom 50% are listed as 'Dean's Scholarships'. A five-day public announcement will be made for the award-winning students.
