According to the school's 'Notice on the Review of Graduate Academic Scholarships for the 2023-2024 Academic Year' (URL: http://xgb.hfut.edu.cn/info/1061/15923.htm), the following matters related to the selection of graduate academic scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year in the School of Computer and Information are hereby notified:

I. Candidates for selection

Full-time master's and doctoral students who have completed the registration procedures within the prescribed years of study by the school (excluding MBA/MPA graduate students and in-service graduate students such as orientation and commissioned).

II. Basis for review

1. Master's students

The selection of academic scholarships for master's students of 2021 will be carried out in accordance with the 'Implementation Rules for the Review of Graduate Academic Scholarships in the School of Computer and Information, Hefei University of Technology' (Annex 1).

The selection of academic scholarships for master's students of 2022 and 2023 will be carried out in accordance with the 'Implementation Rules for the Review of Graduate Academic Scholarships in the School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence), Hefei University of Technology' (Annex 2).

2. Doctoral students

The selection of academic scholarships for doctoral students will be carried out in accordance with the 'Implementation Rules for the Review of Graduate Academic Scholarships in the School of Computer and Information, Hefei University of Technology' (Annex 1).

III. Selection materials

1. Doctoral students should fill in the 'Hefei University of Technology Graduate Academic Scholarship Application Form' (Annex 3).

2. Master's students of 2021 should fill in:

① 'Preliminary Review Form for Graduate Academic Scholarships in the School of Computer and Information (Third Year of Research)' (Annex 4), attach supporting materials and register in the student work system (Annex 5). The order of supporting materials should be consistent with the order of content in the preliminary review form;

② 'Summary Form for Graduate Academic Scholarships in the School of Computer and Information (Third Year of Research)' (Annex 6), and submit an application in the student work system (Annex 7).

3. Graduate students of 2022 should fill in:

① 'Self-assessment Form for Graduate Academic Performance in the School of Computer and Information (Second Year of Research)' (Annex 8), attach supporting materials and register in the student work system (Annex 5). The order of supporting materials should be consistent with the order of content in the self-assessment form;

② 'Summary Form for Graduate Academic Performance in the School of Computer and Information (Second Year of Research)' (Annex 9), and submit an application in the student work system (Annex 7).

III. Evaluation Time

1. Students applying before September 12th need to submit all forms and supporting materials (all requiring tutor's signature) to the class preliminary review group. Those who fail to submit on time will be considered as voluntarily giving up.

2. By September 15th, the preliminary review groups of each grade will conduct preliminary reviews and report the results to the college review group (both in paper and electronic form).

3. By September 17th, the review groups of each grade will conduct cross-reviews, and the review results will be reported to the college scholarship evaluation group for verification. After confirmation, they will be publicized from September 18th to 20th.

4. By September 23rd, the college will submit the evaluation results to the Student Affairs Department in the form of written materials and electronic documents.
