In the summer of 2023, our college's teachers and students closely revolved around the theme of "Strengthening the Country with My Youth" and extensively carried out "Three-Going-to-the-Countryside" social practice activities, achieving significant results. In order to deeply summarize the experience, refine and consolidate the results, discover characteristic highlights, and play a demonstrative effect, according to the requirements of the Provincial Youth League Committee, the Provincial Student Union, and the school, the following matters related to the submission of the summary materials of the 2023 summer social practice activities are now notified as follows:

I. Submission content and time

1. Submission materials for the excellent selection of Anhui Province's summer "Three-Going-to-the-Countryside" social practice

The Anhui Provincial Youth League Committee will organize the selection of excellent social practice teams, excellent research reports, and excellent individuals in Anhui Province. Please recommend and apply according to the specific requirements of each category (Attachment 1) by the grassroots league committees, with each college as a unit, and each category can recommend up to one item. The relevant application forms can be found in (Attachment 2). The school will select and recommend to the Provincial Youth League Committee.

All practice teams are requested to submit a PDF version of the application materials before September 3, 2023, with the file name and email subject as "Provincial Evaluation + Summer Three-Going-to-the-Countryside Team Name", and send it to the email hfutjsjtzz@163.com. The college will organize a review based on the team's application materials and select and recommend to the school's Youth League Committee.

2. 2023 Summer "Three-Going-to-the-Countryside" Social Practice Team Project Completion Materials

All practice teams should submit the "Three-Going-to-the-Countryside" social practice activity project completion materials in accordance with the "Hefei University of Technology College Student Summer Social Practice Activity Project Completion Requirements" (Attachment 3). The project completion materials include the practice team project completion application form (Attachment 4), the practice team project completion summary form (Attachment 5), and project completion supporting materials, etc.

All practice teams are requested to submit one copy each of the WORD version and PDF version of the project completion materials before September 15, 2023. All attachments that need to be stamped should be scanned into PDF version, and the file name and email subject should be "Summer Three-Going-to-the-Countryside Team Name + Project Completion Materials", and sent to the email hfutjsjtzz@163.com.

The school will evaluate and grade the practice summaries of each team, and according to the evaluation results, it will allocate funds of the corresponding level and give corresponding star recognition to the second classroom transcript; those who fail the evaluation will not be allocated funds and will not recognize the second classroom transcript star level.

"3. Submission of Excellent Evaluation Materials for the University-level "Three-Going-to-the-Countryside" Social Practice in Summer

(1) Four categories of excellent practice results are selected at the university level, including excellent practice research reports, excellent hometown practice stories, excellent practice pictures (videos), and excellent practice micro-literature works. For specific selection conditions and application forms, see (Annex 6), and for the summary form, see (Annex 7).

(2) Four categories of excellent individuals (groups) are selected at the university level, including excellent practice models, excellent guiding teachers, excellent practice teams, and excellent organizing units. For specific selection conditions and application forms, see (Annex 8), and for the summary form, see (Annex 9).

All practice teams are requested to submit one hard copy and one electronic copy of the materials before September 22, 2023. The electronic version should be packaged and titled "University Excellent Evaluation Application Materials + Summer Three-Going-to-the-Countryside Team Name" and sent to the email address hfutjsjtzz@163.com. The hard copy of the materials should be delivered to Room A1107 (East) of the Jade Science and Education Building.

II. Related Work Requirements

1. Strict review and control. All practice teams should strictly follow the procedures and standards, effectively perform their review duties, ensure that the content of the application materials is politically correct, the content is true and reliable, all works are original, and meet the application standards.

2. Improve the quality of recommendations. All grassroots league committees should carefully organize the selection, comprehensively consider the actual situation of the team, the effectiveness of the activities, publicity reports, etc., and select the recommended list based on merit.
