The work of assigning tutors to 2023 master's students in the School of Computer and Information will be carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on the Allocation of Full-time Master's Students in the School of Computer and Information, Hefei University of Technology (2023 Edition)" issued by the college in June 2023 (see Attachment 1). All tutors are requested to review the "2023 Graduate Student Tutor Selection Reporting Summary Table" (see Attachment 2), and fill in the online survey "2023 Annual Computer College Tutor Selection Graduate Student Confirmation Form" and the document "School of Computer and Information Tutor Recruitment Master's Student Commitment Letter" (see Attachment 3) as required.

Submission method:

1) Fill in the questionnaire "2023 Annual Computer College Tutor Selection Graduate Student Confirmation Form" online and submit it before 17:00 on June 25, 2022. The filling link is https://www.wjx.top/vm/PB7muzH.aspx.

2)  Fill in the electronic version of the "School of Computer and Information Tutor Recruitment Master's Student Commitment Letter" (Attachment 3) before July 31, 2023, and send it to lujia@hfut.edu.cn. The commitment letter needs to provide the account number of the project funds deducted from the academic scholarship, and the person in charge of the funds needs to sign for confirmation (electronic signature). The college will send the account number to the finance department from time to time for the deduction of academic scholarships.
