In order to effectively organize and archive the materials of graduating student party members, and enhance the standardization of party member development work, the Fourth Party Branch of the College of Computer Science and Information held a self-inspection and training session on graduation class party member archives on the morning of May 27th, in Room 1106 of the Emerald Science and Education Building. The meeting was chaired by the branch secretary, Ye Jing, and all graduating class party members of the branch participated in this training session.

Firstly, Teacher Ye Jing emphasized the importance of party member archives and, in conjunction with the "Organizational Development Work Process and Material Standards of Hefei University of Technology," highlighted the key requirements for establishing standardized and complete student party member archive materials. These include the application letter for joining the Party, the party membership application form, ideological reports, and other relevant documents. After the training, under the guidance of the instructor, the graduating class party members conducted a self-inspection of their personal archives one by one, with a focus on reviewing the standardization of procedures, completeness of materials, and the standardization of written content. In addition, the branch committee and party members conducted on-site exchanges to provide immediate feedback on any issues identified and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.

The purpose of this training session was to implement the requirements of strict Party governance and advance the standardization of party member archive materials. It aimed to strengthen the source management of graduating class party member archives and enhance the management and service level of party member archives in the college.
