On April 26, 2023, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., the 2023 Anhui Province Robot Competition - Digital Media Innovation Design Track School Selection Competition of Hefei University of Technology was ranked by a combination of online and offline judging. The competition was hosted by Li Lin, a teacher from the College of Computer and Information Science, and invited Xu Zhen, a teacher from the School of Architecture and Art, Cao Li, a teacher from the College of Computer and Information Science, and Liu Xin, the curator of Fengyang Museum, as judges. This competition had two categories: Category A (development and design application works) and Category B (skill competition). Due to the restrictions of the provincial competition, this evaluation mainly selected Category A works. Students from the College of Computer and Information Science, School of Economics, School of Architecture and Art, School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Software, School of Electrical and Automation Engineering, and School of Law and Literature, a total of 7 units, signed up for the competition, and a total of 18 registration forms were received. In the end, 9 students (2 teams) including Zhou Ruiran won the first prize, 11 students (3 teams) including Zhang Zerui won the second prize, and 18 students (5 teams) including Qiao Qianhe won the third prize.

This competition was organized under the leadership of the Anhui Province Computer Education Committee. The focus was on highlighting the innovative use of media software and hardware, as well as program design and system development for processing, creating, and generating various types of media content. The competition aimed to integrate culture and technology, expand ideological and political education through media technology, and strengthen the talent cultivation process in the digital media industry.

This campus selection competition is the required procedure for the Anhui Province Robot Competition - Digital Media Innovation Design Track. The judging panel has also selected the top 10 teams according to the competition's requirements and limited entries system to participate in the provincial competition. We hope that they can bring glory to the university and achieve good results in the provincial competition.
