Notice on Holding the 'Programming Dreams, Celebrating the Birthday of China' Fun Code Contest in the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering

To celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and to inspire the passion for technological innovation among the young students of our college, we have decided to hold a 'Programming Dreams, Celebrating the Birthday of China' Fun Code Contest. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Activity Theme

Programming Dreams, Celebrating the Birthday of China

II. Participants

All enrolled undergraduate and graduate students of the School of Computer and Information Science (Artificial Intelligence School)

III. Activity Requirements

1. The competition works should mainly compile graphics, and the works need to include one or more elements of 'Celebrating National Day', 'Technology', 'Innovation'. The format of the work is not limited.

2. The programming language is not limited, and can use C/C++, Java, Python, etc.

3. The work must be original by the author, and have independent, complete, clear, and undisputed copyright of the whole and constituent parts of the work. It should also ensure that the submitted work does not infringe on the legal rights of others, including copyright, reputation, privacy, etc. If it is found that the submitted work infringes on rights, or contains any content that is not suitable for public dissemination, the organizer has the right to cancel its participation.

4. Participants need to join the official competition QQ group: 721174190. Specific competition information will be released in the competition notification group.

5. Selection criteria: The collected works will be judged based on the fun of the graphic results, the relevance of the theme, the chaos of the code, etc. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited."

IV. Submission Method

Participants should submit individually by October 6th, including the source code, 'Attachment 1: Registration Summary Form', and 'Attachment 2: Work Introduction' in a package, and send it to the email jsjkczx2023@126.com. The compressed package and email subject should be named: 'Student ID-Name-Contact Method-Fun Code Contest Work'.

V. Awards

Depending on the number of submitted works, several first, second, and third prizes will be set. All winning works will be awarded certificates and prizes, and will be recorded in the second classroom achievement form of the technology innovation module. Excellent works will be displayed on the school platform.
