2023 Undergraduates in School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence):

In order to enrich the student cadre team, guide students to self-manage, fully play the role of student organizations as a bridge and link, lead student thinking, serve student growth, according to the 'Hefei University of Technology Student Union Charter' and relevant policy documents, after research, it is decided to start the recruitment of the Student Union and Youth League organizations for the 2023-2024 academic year in the School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence). The relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Position Setting

The Student Union has three major departments (seven sub-departments), and the Youth League organization has five major centers (fourteen sub-departments). For details, see 'Attachment 1: Structure of the Student Union and Youth League Organization of the School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence) for the 2023-2024 Academic Year'.

II. Qualification Conditions

1. Undergraduates of the School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence) in 2023;

2. Have high political quality and moral cultivation, good conduct, positive and progressive thinking, firm ideals and beliefs, love and support the Communist Party of China, have a strong sense of patriotism and patriotic feelings, actively promote and practice the core values of socialism;

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, have the awareness and ability to serve the majority of students wholeheartedly, have a sense of pioneering and innovative, active thinking, can creatively carry out work;

4. Have strong learning ability, can handle the relationship between learning and work, and have certain communication, coordination, interpersonal and organizational management abilities, actively cooperate with the school to carry out and organize various activities, good at uniting the majority of students, have a good mass base;

5. Have good personal cultivation and moral level, abide by the school's various rules and regulations and college student behavior guidelines, can play a role model in words and deeds, have good conduct and pragmatic style, and have no violation records.

III. Selection Procedure

1. Registration

Registration is conducted on a voluntary basis. Applicants need to fill out the 'Attachment 2: School of Computer and Information (School of Artificial Intelligence) 2023-2024 Student Union and Youth League Organization Recruitment Registration Form', and send the electronic version of the registration form to the email jsjtxzz@126.com before 19:00 on September 12. The registration form should be named 'First/Second Choice-Center-Department-Student ID-Name-Class' (First and second choices should be submitted in two separate documents). Those who are late or do not name according to the requirements will be considered as giving up;

2. Preliminary Review

The preliminary review is conducted through centralized interviews. Applicants bring the paper version of the registration form to the interview site of the corresponding choice, and the heads of each center department interview the applicants. The interview time is tentatively scheduled for the evening of September 13 and 14, the location is to be determined, and the specific details will be notified in each recruitment group;

3. Re-review

The college conducts a re-review of the preliminary review pass list to verify whether the preliminary selected personnel meet all qualifications;

4. Publicity

The candidates for appointment are publicized.

IV. Other Instructions

1. The recruitment work adheres to the principles of 'openness, justice, and fairness';

2. The hired personnel should not fail compulsory courses or violate the school's relevant regulations during their tenure, otherwise they will be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the 'Hefei University of Technology Student Handbook';

3. There is a probation period for the hired personnel, and they will be dismissed or formally appointed based on their performance during the term and organizational principles.
