The 2023 Electronic Information Engineering graduates' symposium

On June 7, 2023, the first party branch of the Department of Information and Communication of the School of Computer and Information organized a discussion between the representatives of the teachers of this major and the representatives of the undergraduate graduates of 2023. Party branch secretary Zhang Haiyan, director of the Department of Electronic Information Engineering Qi Meibin, Zhuang Shuo and other teachers, as well as more than 10 representatives of undergraduate graduates of 2023 participated in the discussion. The purpose of this telecommunication engineering graduate symposium is to have in-depth discussions on the construction of the professional system, professional training objectives, professional course settings, etc., and to widely listen to the opinions and suggestions of graduates to further improve the construction of professional courses.

At the symposium, the students actively participated, took turns speaking, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions for the development and construction of this major. They proposed some specific improvement suggestions in terms of teaching methods, course arrangements, professional differentiation, and teaching resources, hoping to further improve teaching effects and learning experiences. The students expressed their concern for the electronic information engineering professional system, hoping that the profession can keep up with the times, keep up with the pace of industry development, and ensure that the knowledge learned is combined with practical applications; they also expressed their expectations for professional training goals, hoping to cultivate talents with comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities.
